A hint that I was craving fresh fruits and berries!
I painted this beautiful, little Blackberry stem when in hospital in 2020, a time when I really appreciated my paints and sketchbook, to help me find mindfulness while on the ward. 
I look forward every year, with my children, to pick the juicy blackberries that grows abundantly through my hedgerows in the Irish countryside.
